PRISMA is an Australian government initiative, which supports agricultural development in Eastern Indonesia and aims to increase the incomes of 300,000 poor farmers in EJ, NTB, NTT, Papua and W Papua.
Are you interested in building a career with us? We are currently looking for candidates to fill up some positions listed below:
The Communication Officer will support the work of the Communication Team in implementing the PRISMA Communication Strategy.
Minimum education and experience required:
  1. Minimal a bachelor degree in related discipline (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
  2. Advance skills in computer applications (design, video editor, photo editor etc.)
  3. At least 2 year of experience in media, communications, or public relations field in the private sector or public organizations;
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
The Provincial Administration Officer for Papua will be responsible to support the administration tasks of PRISMA program in provincial level.
Minimum education and experience required:
  1. Minimum a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling administration duties
  3. Over 5 years “working knowledge” in Papua
  4. Understand procurement cycle
  5. Experience in managing/organizing events
The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the project team, and handle routine administrative tasks when asked to do so.
Minimum education and experience required:
  1. Minimum a Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling secretarial duties in an organization of similar size and scale.
  3. Experience in managing travel arrangement
  4. Experience in managing/organizing events
The Senior Business Consultant will be responsible to organize, guide and support at least one intervention which works in one of the agricultural sectors promoted under the Program.
Minimum education and experience required:
1.      A post-graduate level qualifications or higher in economics, business administration, marketing or similar discipline;
2.      A sound understanding of business and economics of how markets work;
3.      Has an entrepreneurship aptitude,
4.      Strong analytical mind and a flair for numbers;
5.      Demonstrated negotiation skills;
6.      Ability and experience to develop business plans;
7.      A good understanding of the role public services play for economic performance; and
8.      Fluency in in English and Bahasa Indonesia,
9.      Proven work experience in supply chain management, business consulting, management, finance, marketing or agribusiness is an advantage. Direct experience in development is not required.
