Qualifications:
1. Require a bachelor degree or above, law, administration, business administration and other related majors are preferred.
2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in onshore oil and gas project
3. At least 7 years of contract management or legal work experience is required, internal contract management, external lawyer management experience is preferred .
4. Participate in subcontract drafting and other related work for at least 5 projects
5. Have purchased resources in Indonesia’s local oil and gas field, and participated in the mining work of at least 3 projects
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Job Desc:
1) Responsible for organizing qualified construction subcontractors in their specialties to conduct qualification budget and access;
2) Prepare bidding documents for the subcontracted bid section, organize bidding, bid evaluation and submission for approval of the subcontracted bid section;
3) Preparation, approval, filing of subcontracts and management of contract documents;
4) Organize the disclosure of subcontracting contracts, clarify and determine the responsibility matrix of each department in subcontracting documents, and clarify the work interface;
5) Responsible for the progress settlement and completion settlement of subcontract in the specialty, review the subcontract and owner’s claim materials, prepare claim costs and organize claim cost negotiations according to the contract change management process;
6) Responsible for the process monitoring and early warning of the implementation of the subcontract, including the monitoring and feedback of the implementation of contract terms in other departments;
7) Responsible for site purchase;
